What is Health?

Let's take a look at what health really is. It really isn't that elusive, after all, you may have started out in pretty good shape but deteriorated as time went on! Those inimical forces are always present, that's just life! It's abit like dropping one little sugar granule on your pristine, kitchen table in the Tropics. No sooner have you got one ant, who's feeding on his little snack nicely thank you, but suddenly, all his friends in the neighbourhood, and the rest of the world, hear about it. You now have an army trail from the Tropics to Alaska, which circumvents the globe three times over, just to get in on the action!

For example, you may have started out with a little eczema, slapped on those creams daily, used any other BPC (Big Pharmaceutical Cocktail) and, yes, great, you're happy, it's disappeared. But, as soon as you have stopped the routine, it comes back, 10 times worse than it was, and now, you've developed a new problem, either in the respiratory system, so an inhaler is now on the cards or there is a problem further down in the gastro intestinal tract!  Great, absolutely brilliant, the problem has grown out of all proportion and that's you now out of the running for Britain's Got Talent. Your dream just moved further away!

It's quite scary isn't it and seriously, it's not in the least funny!

It's all part of the disease process I'm afraid, it's moved from the skin, a lesser important organ to the respiratory or gastro intestinal region, more important. You are made up of millions of cells and they all communicate with each other........rather like those ants! You are most definitely not just a  few parts glued together!

Following completion and return of my questionnaire, I will schedule you an appointment with me. The questionnaire forms a part of your consultation and it is important that you complete it honestly and to the very best of your ability. I devised the questionnaire to help you, as I know from personal experience, how difficult it can be, sitting in front of someone whom you don't know, discussing your personal health issues. It also acts as an aide memoire, and will  help you understand how you got to where you are. You'll be amazed at how knowledgeable you really are about your own health.

I am a Homeopath and I work very differently to a GP. I will study and work on your case very carefully and send you the  medicine, with very strict instructions on how it should be taken.

If you have never used Homeopathy before it is a very different experience. I do not spend 10 or 15 minutes with you and send you away from my clinic armed with a drug prescription.

As, is often the case, by the time someone comes to see me he/she may be in a chronic diseased state, further complicated by a prolonged medicated picture, hence, the amount of time spent unravelling the true symptoms from those that are iatrogenic (drug related).

A  medicine is then prescribed for YOU. In 12 or so days, after you have started taking the medicine , I will wish to have a report within the parameters that you will be advised upon. This may be done by telephone or email. At this point, you will be advised of how soon I may wish to see you.
